NYC CHapter Co-chair & Creative LEAD | 2022

Being a member of the Omnicom Group, I’ve been given a fantastic opportunity to meet and connect with other LGBTQ+ employees within our network. Beginning in 2018 as a member of the NYC Chapter, I raised my hand to help out in a way that I could, through design. My volunteerism took off in 2019 with the launch of OPEN Pride NYC World Pride Campaign. Throughout the pandemic, I continued to provide designs to keep our chapter motivated. Most recently this year, I became co-chair on the board of our NYC Chapter. Providing leadership and creative direction for our members through events and communications.

One of OPEN Pride’s interactions to celebrate Pride Month in 2020 lockdown was through the power of gifs.

OPEN Pride celebrating World Pride 2019

Each poster consists of a collage of moments of notable history of the LGBTQ+ community, beginning in 1969 with the Stonewall Inn riots, sparking the gay rights movement. These were displayed the annual Omnicom Pride event in NYC.

With our branding campaign in place, I designed window decals, executed and delivered to agencies across NYC. These decals were sticked to office and agency doors, serving as a signal that every Omnicom agency is OPEN to All.
